A 12-year-old Morristown girl who died at her home on Monday "did not suffer any trauma or injury before she died,'' authorities said today.
But police still can't pinpoint the cause of the death of sixth-grader Karen Martinez. Further medical testing will be done by the Morris County Medical Examiner's Office to solve the mystery of her passing, according to a statement issued by Morris County Prosecutor Robert Bianchi.

A top "world music" group which performs on 18 instruments and in 6 languages, the Guy Mendilow Band captivates listeners with exquisite soundscapes of the places Mendilow has called home - from Israel and South Africa to Mexico, Brazil and the United States. The group's unique blend of artistic depth and range delights the ear with delicate, intricate and hauntingly lovely music.
A member of Princeton's American Boychoir at age 10, Mendilow launched his solo career by age 15, traveling the world. He speaks and sings in English, Hebrew, Spanish, and Portuguese and, in his compositions and musical arrangements, he draws on Israeli, Hindustani, South African, jazz, blues, and folk influences.
